Individual Coaching - overview

Individual coaching for improved presentations, more effective meetings and greater one on one conversations is just a small component of our coaching success.  We will work directly with you on your prepared material, creating a new message, or strengthening your overall speaking skills.  Our goal is to give you the confidence and skill to move your audience to action, create buy-in and develop greater client awareness.

In just a few hours of working with participant(s) we have been able to boost delivery confidence, increase message retention, build stronger audience bonding and remove barriers to one - on - one conversations.  Most of those who request this type of coaching arrive with their own material which we help them strengthen. We also help with meeting facilitation skills, powerful visuals, and achieving their objectives.  We are proud to say that we coached Dell Computer’s winning Business Process Improvement Team.

Time Management - overview

Setting goals is great but not being able to prioritize those goals makes reaching them a struggle. Participants learn to prioritize with purpose, manage and set goals that can be achieved using skills learned. Avoid time wasting activities and focus on what matters. Goal achievement! Learn skills to effectively set expectations for customers and yourself to aid in achieving set goals.

Listening for Success

Besides having segments, divisions, departments and areas in business today, we also have silos - almost totally separate groups of people who have to work together to make a company successful. Unfortunately, often goals and agendas don’t match, nor do the jargon and buzzwords. Here participants learn their style of communication, why they are successful, and what can make them more successful in all their two way communications. Listening and understanding others is part of that success.

Leadership Excellence - overview

Managers hold the key to success for each project and area they lead. Leadership 2000 goes beyond management to real leadership. Participants learn to support those below them, motivate others, find their leadership style and solve problems.

Effective Meetings

Meetings are costly, can be powerful, are sometimes a drain on productivity and, unfortunately, often a waste of a company’s most valuable resource - its people. In Effective Meetings participants discover the value of meetings, the cost of late starts, how to create agendas, when to send them, how to organize time, and how to get others to be part of the solution. (We recommend customizing this course for your needs.  Add’l topics can include conference calls, handling difficult discussions, your preferred formats, etc.)
