Understanding how we best communicate, both as a receiver and sender of messages, is one of the first things that must be determined when you want to succeed.  Catalyst Training & Development offers multiple courses that can help you achieve these goals, and develop your skills for more effective communication.

The above classes and assessments will teach you how to communicate more effectively by determining your most effective methods of delivering information.  Learn to listen more actively for better information retention.  Develop the skills to recognize when barriers to communication are present and the tools to remove them from your environment.  Gain insight into others preferred methods of communication to aid in removing barriers, for both you and the speaker. 

Communication Excellence uses both the BrainMode power assessments and the DiSC tools to bring new levels of understanding to teams and groups that need to communicate, work and live together in a cohesive environment.  Skill sets for communicating are possessed by everyone, however using them in the appropriate manner or time does not happen automatically.  We must learn when to speak and when to listen, what messages to use in situations that will open more doors instead of closing them.
